My Approach & Values

I believe that you must have a deep passion and very sound knowledge in whatever you are doing. To succeed, the values that have aided my journey, include; discipline, hardwork, integrity, empathy, sacrifice and consistent learning. I believe we can achieve whatever we set our hearts to. Never wait for opportunities before getting prepared, be ready always.

You may stop schooling but you never stop learning, knowledge fuels action and knowledge is accumulated over time. What you accumulate, determines what actions you would take in life, so be deliberate in your acquisition of knowledge through a well developed personal plan.

"It shocks me that some school owners put school certificate holders to take charge their nursery and even primary schools, thinking not much is learnt during this period. That is not true. This is actually the period that we are able to identify early enough the challenges a child has and be able to do what’s best for such a child."

Mrs Angela Ajala

"Without empowering the women; especially the rural ones who are doing the bulk of the job, we cannot succeed. Therefore, it is in our interest to speak out for them, train and bring them along by meeting their needs and also enter their realities."

Mrs Angela Ajala

"One of my strong points is that I read a lot. I read because I need to build myself and be knowledgeable enough to be able to pursue my dreams. That is why you see me doing many things at the same time. Besides these schools that I run, I am also into agriculture. The fact is that I believe so much in multiple streams of income and that is what I recommend for every woman. "

Mrs Angela Ajala

"We are telling women this year to be more active in political participation than before. If your voice is not heard, change cannot happen to you. Change can only come through policies and advocacy. "
